Church Interior
Churches are the most important and holy place people seeking everyday. As far as Christians, churches are the God dowelling place and place of worship.
While designing churches or a holy place, we are very careful to sustain the sacredness of the place. We create a pleasant ambiance to praise and worship. And also the colors of the interior of the church we use very pleasant and smooth to worshipers mind. Our designs are mostly theme based.
We also design sanctuary back drops, Alter tables, Lectures, Presidential lectures, pulpits and Baptismal ponds.
Designing and execution of a church interior is a very tough Job. As for as Justin's designing of a Church is integrated talent inherent with him. At once he saw a construction of a church building, many ideas go through his mind, and then he chooses the good one, suitable for their budget. Even if we have lot of good and beautiful ideas for interior designing of a church, the three major things hinder the interior design of a church.
The first and major one which is hindering the interior designing of a church is finance. The beautiful designs are always cost more, because we have to do it by professional people or experienced one. The precision of the interior work of the church is very important. We have to preconceive in everything. This all depends on the budget. Secondly, the interior designing of the church depends upon the space availability of the church. In case a small space, if we go for a big design as looks like cathedral church, it will not suit the place. In the same time, if a big interior space is available in a church, go for a simple design also not suitable. It will not enhance the interior of the church. Suitable design for available space is appreciatable. Thirdly, the interior designing of a church depends upon the time availability. In some occasions get jobs, after fixing the dedication day of the church. Fixing the final date is very good in planning but if it goes as per the plan, otherwise finally it will hit the interior design of the church, because the completion of the structure only can start the interior work.
While designing a church, Justin keeps in mind the church which belongs to which denomination, and what are the things they want and don't want. Designing an interior of a Latin catholic church, have statues, presidential lecterns, Tabernacle, altar table and baptismal pond etc. The same time Syros Malabar catholic churches have two altar tables no presidential lectern, curtains in the sanctuary is optional. But when designing interior of a orthodox catholic church, they have 'Holy of Holies' (optional) they will not keep statues in the sanctuary instead they keep some paintings of pictures of Christ. They also have side altars, curtains are must for them in the sanctuary. Interior of the Protestant Christian church are differ from all the above, they don't have any altar table, they have pulpit.
When Justin is designing church interiors, he will keep all this in mind and also certain specifications of steps in the sanctuary, place of altar table etc. Justin's dream of making a master piece in church interior is still in dream, because of the three major blocks of budget, space and time.
